Acceptance of Terms
By installing, accessing, or using FX Sentinel (the “App”) or any related services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this User Agreement (“Agreement”), as well as any additional policies, guidelines, or rules referenced herein or presented within the App.
If you do not agree to this Agreement, you may not access or use FX Sentinel. If you are accepting this Agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to this Agreement.
Accounts & Eligibility
To use certain features of FX Sentinel, you may be required to create or sign into an account with us or with a supported platform (such as an app store account). You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep that information up to date.
- You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or have consent from a legal guardian.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You agree to promptly notify Frase Consulting, LLC of any unauthorized access or suspected security breach.
Subscriptions, Payments & Billing
FX Sentinel may offer free and paid features, including subscription plans that provide enhanced analytics, alerts, and premium functionality. When you purchase a subscription or other paid feature, you authorize Frase Consulting, LLC (and our payment processors or app store partners) to charge all applicable fees to your selected payment method.
- Subscription details, including pricing and billing intervals, are disclosed at the time of purchase.
- Subscriptions may automatically renew until you cancel through the relevant app store or account settings.
- Taxes, fees, and currency conversion charges may apply as determined by your jurisdiction and payment provider.
- Unless required by law or by the applicable app store’s policies, fees are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partial billing periods.
For subscriptions purchased through third-party platforms (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play), their terms and policies govern billing, renewals, and cancellations.
Market Data, Alerts & Information
FX Sentinel may display or process foreign exchange (“FX”) data, price feeds, signals, news, analytics, and alerts. Such information is provided for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, trading, or legal advice.
- Market data may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect due to technical or third-party limitations.
- No information within FX Sentinel should be interpreted as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any currency or financial instrument.
- You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and for verifying information before acting on it.
- Frase Consulting, LLC does not execute trades, hold client funds, or act as a broker, dealer, or investment advisor.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use FX Sentinel only in a lawful manner and in accordance with this Agreement. You will not, and will not permit others to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
- Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, performance, or security of the App or related systems.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any accounts, systems, or networks associated with FX Sentinel.
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the App in a way that imposes unreasonable load.
Intellectual Property
FX Sentinel, including all software, design, graphics, logos, text, and other content, is owned by Frase Consulting, LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Frase Consulting, LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use FX Sentinel solely for your personal or internal business use. No other rights are granted, whether by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.
“FX Sentinel” and any related logos, marks, and names are trademarks or service marks of Frase Consulting, LLC. You may not use these without our prior written consent.
Privacy & Data
Your use of FX Sentinel may involve the collection and processing of certain personal data, device information, and usage analytics. Our practices are described in the FX Sentinel Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement.
By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined in the Privacy Policy. Where required by law, we will obtain additional consent for specific types of data processing or notifications.
Termination & Suspension
Frase Consulting, LLC may suspend or terminate your access to FX Sentinel at any time, with or without notice, if we believe that:
- You have violated this Agreement or any applicable law;
- Your use poses a risk to the App, other users, or third parties;
- We are required to do so by law, regulation, or court order.
Upon termination, your right to use FX Sentinel will immediately cease. Sections of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) shall continue in effect.
Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability
FX Sentinel is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, non-infringement, or that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Frase Consulting, LLC and its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, whether based in contract, tort, or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with your use of FX Sentinel.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
Changes to This Agreement
Frase Consulting, LLC may update or modify this Agreement from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where required by law, provide additional notice within the App or via other communication channels.
Your continued use of FX Sentinel after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must stop using the App.
