This Privacy Policy explains how FXSentinel (“the App”), operated by Frase Consulting, LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and protects your information when you use our mobile application on Google Play and any related services.

By installing, accessing, or using FXSentinel, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Information We Collect

FXSentinel is a foreign-exchange monitoring and alerting tool. It does not execute trades or access your bank accounts, credit cards, or brokerage credentials.

2.1 Information You Provide

  • Account Information: When you register or create an account, we may collect a username and password, and optionally your email address and/or phone number so we can communicate with you (for example, support or account recovery).
  • Support Requests: When you contact us through the in-app support page or by email, we may collect your contact details and any other information you choose to provide (such as device information or screenshots).

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Device Information: We may collect basic device details such as device model, operating system version, language, and a device identifier (for example, to associate your account with a device or to deliver push notifications reliably).
  • Crash and Performance Data: In case of errors or crashes, we may receive technical logs (error codes, stack traces, device and OS info) through crash-reporting or logging tools.

2.3 Subscription and Purchase Information

FXSentinel offers in-app subscriptions (for example, monthly or annual plans). Purchases and payment details are processed by the relevant app store (Google Play and/or the Apple App Store). We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

We may receive from the store:

  • Subscription product IDs and purchase tokens
  • Purchase status (active, expired, cancelled, etc.)
  • Basic transaction metadata necessary to verify your entitlement

2.4 Push Notification Tokens

To send you FX alerts and notifications, we may use a cloud messaging service (for example, Firebase Cloud Messaging). This service issues device-specific notification tokens, which we store on our servers and associate with your account or device. These tokens are used solely to deliver notifications to your device.

2.5 Location Information

FXSentinel does not require or collect precise GPS location to operate. At most, we may infer approximate geographic information from your IP address for security, fraud prevention, or localization purposes (such as language or server routing).

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the App and its features.
  • To manage your account and subscription status.
  • To deliver real-time FX alerts, notifications, and in-app messages.
  • To respond to your inquiries, support requests, and feedback.
